Each Wild Stitch hat is made and customized with care. Because every order is crafted by hand, please allow a little extra time for us to prepare and ship your item — it’s worth the wait.

Processing Time:
Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days after your order is placed. During peak seasons or events, processing may take slightly longer due to the custom nature of our products.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery method. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damages or Issues:
We take pride in packaging your hat safely, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue and do our best to make things right.

International Orders:
We currently ship within the U.S. only (for now).
